Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of new markets, partnerships, and business verticals to expand our client base globally.
  • Cultivating International Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking out new opportunities for growth.
  • Global B2B and B2C Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective online platforms for global buying and selling, leveraging social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and forums for lead identification and sales efforts.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue high-value leads across the globe, applying skills in email marketing and CRM management to drive sales growth.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute effective email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads into customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • International Client Dealing Skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with international clients.
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
  • Account Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Sales Process Understanding: Familiarity with the VoIP sales process.
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Suite applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
