Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Executive to join our team in ensuring the highest quality software products are delivered to our customers. This key role is crucial in guaranteeing that our software meets the required standards, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.

About the Position
  • Create comprehensive test plans and maintain accurate documentation for thorough testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter, including API testing.
  • Utilize one or more Testing Automation Frameworks such as Detox, Cypress, Appium, Robotium, Selenium, or Cucumber.
  • Cover all phases of QA testing: System (functional and non-functional), Integration, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, Performance, Data verification, and Acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Team lead, Project manager, and Business analyst to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and the Agile Testing Life Cycle.
  2. Prior experience in manual testing and automation is essential.
  3. Proven understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and practices.
  4. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance department.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills, result-oriented, self-driven, with the ability to complete projects/tasks independently.
  7. Demonstrated desire to learn and grow professionally.
