Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, taking into account project requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
  2. Project Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of projects and resources, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Budgeting and Scheduling: Collaborate with clients and managers to establish realistic budgets and timescales, negotiating as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Quality Control: Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients' expectations are exceeded.
  6. Materials Procurement: Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for production, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
  7. Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate the routine maintenance and repair of production equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

  • Proven experience in production management, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, managers, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or manufacturing.
