Chief Financial Officer Job Opportunity

This is a high-profile position that involves overseeing the financial operations of three subsidiaries in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining common and specific processes and policies for finance activities across the three companies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Performance: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to General Managers and senior management.
  3. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, including expense reductions, cash flow improvements, productivity enhancements, and government subsidies.
  4. Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to achieve business objectives.
  5. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 10 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in team management. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer focus skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage change, complex projects, and prioritize effectively.
