Strategic Growth Marketing Leader

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to lead our growth marketing efforts, driving significant measurable expansion through strategic marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B growth or demand generation with direct ownership of sales-qualified leads (SQLs). They must be able to hit cost-per-SQL or return on ad spend (ROAS) goals. Additionally, they should possess hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategies to increase SQLs and boost pipeline value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to define ideal customer profiles and lead qualifications.
  • Test, measure, and scale effective marketing tactics including paid ads, SEO, content, and partnerships.
  • Analyze and attribute marketing performance using analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation with direct ownership of SQL targets.
  • Proven ability to meet ROAS or cost-per-SQL goals.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs.
