The NordPak Foundation is dedicated to promoting cross-cultural exchange and empowering communities through digital channels. We seek an experienced and innovative individual to serve as our Social Media Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience across multiple platforms.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our organisation online, interacting with our growing community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering discussions, and building a sense of community among followers. You will also track key metrics, evaluate and adjust our social media strategies based on data insights, and report social media performance to the NordPak team on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the foundation's mission.
  • Create engaging content to promote our programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Track key metrics and evaluate social media performance.

Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable about major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (a plus).
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Time Commitment:
This is a remote, unpaid position requiring 15-20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
