Electrical Engineering DirectorAbout the Role

The Electrical Engineering Director will oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical systems for large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop electrical engineering strategies that align with project master plans and sustainability goals.
  2. Design & Compliance: Review and approve electrical designs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  3. Project Management: Lead electrical engineering teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  4. Technical Oversight: Supervise load calculations, earthing systems, renewable energy integration, and smart grid technologies.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and vendors to manage contracts and procurement of electrical materials.
  6. Innovation & Sustainability: Implement green building practices and promote energy-efficient solutions.
  7. Quality & Safety: Enforce strict QA/QC protocols and safety standards to resolve on-site electrical issues during construction.

This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
