**Job Title:** Accountant and Finance Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled accountant and finance professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize checking and verification of all vouchers, including cash payments, receipts, bank transactions, purchase vouchers, sales, and various journal vouchers.
  • Prepare reports on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or annual basis, including cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product castings, expense details, and payments approvals.
  • Manage sales tax matters, including monthly returns submission, sales tax records, production records, and audits.
  • Oversee income tax matters, including annual taxable accounts, taxable records, production records, audits, and assessments.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions for current and future borrowings.
  • Monitor cash flows regularly, prioritize payments, keep track of deposits, and transfers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
