As a key member of our Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the Financial Services industry. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through omnichannel delivery and customer engagement solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer with 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for our internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • User Interface Design: Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into our products.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, identifying opportunities for process improvement along the way.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field, applying this knowledge to drive innovation in our solutions.
