Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage and develop relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.
  • Develop, build, and maintain a strong client base by delivering presentations and introducing our products and services.
  • Manage front-end sales efforts with the support of our back-end design team.
  • Ensure all client queries are addressed within 48 hours of receipt, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with our costing department to provide accurate quotations and ensure stable gross margins, following up to close deals efficiently.
  • Liaise with our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with our sites department before dispatch.
  • Review tenders and prepare bidding documents in response to advertised opportunities, ensuring compliance with the requirements.
  • Work closely with our Business Development department to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs, investigate and resolve service issues, and coordinate with our Complaints Department to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
