Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting system failures, and ensuring that all technological equipment is properly maintained and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up hardware and install software and drivers to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Maintain and repair technological equipment, including routers and peripheral devices.
  • Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, including servers and IP addresses.
  • Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality.
  • Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Provide timely technical support and educate users on proper computer usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are an advantage.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
