Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Account Management
  1. To manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. To identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  3. To analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

The successful Business Development Manager will have a deep understanding of the market and customers, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing key accounts at a national level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite.
