Senior User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate in the development process from definition to release and maintenance.
  • Break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest standards and trends in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is desirable.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
