Job Title: Security Manager

Synopsis: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all security measures at the factories, with special emphasis on ensuring that incoming goods reach the warehouse or stores in accordance with invoices or delivery orders.
  • Ensure that outgoing dispatches of finished goods are in accordance with computer-generated papers.
  • Ensure full control on the entry and exit of persons coming in and going out of the company premises in coordination with the HR department.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure maximum utilization of the attendance system.
  • Manage CCTV surveillance for security purposes and monitor CCTV systems for Hilal and CEO's residence.
  • Lead the Fire Team at Hilal and manage the firefighting team, including fire hydrants, encouraging fire drills and frequent fire training.
  • Achievements:
  • Guarantee safety and security of all employees and premises at various locations.
  • Custody of all keys of the factory premises as per approved SOPs.
  • Authority to guard against the pilferage of finished goods and raw material from the factories and take measures to eradicate it.
  • To confiscate any goods in case of doubt, without permission from Directors and CEO.
  • Conduct searches of cars and vehicles of all employees, excluding Directors & CEO.
  • Take appropriate action against those who violate discipline in the factory premises, in coordination with the Human Resource Department and Sr. Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:
  • Army background is highly preferred.
