We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing tools, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and paid media platforms, along with a passion for launching products and growing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and SEO using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Create marketing content and collateral (social posts, landing pages, product sheets) using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Hotjar.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Manage CRM and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Support in organizing webinars, launch events, and virtual marketing activities using Zoom or Webex.
  • Track and report on KPIs like pipeline growth, MQLs, and conversion rates, suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting GTM strategies in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to create compelling marketing assets and messaging.
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner of new tools and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A comfort level working night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM PKT).
  • Exposure to international GTM strategies, tools, and projects.
