Video Content Creator
We are seeking a highly skilled video specialist to oversee the production of engaging videos. This individual will be responsible for planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing compelling concepts, project ideas, and other materials that captivate audiences.
  • Scheduling tasks within the video production process to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential disruptions to the project.
  • Locating and securing suitable shooting venues that meet production requirements.
  • Directing camera operators, set designers, actors, and support staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with editors to finalize projects and ensure they meet client expectations.

Requirements

Presentation and pitching skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

Strong writing skills with creativity to craft engaging content.

Ability to lead a production team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Meticulous attention to detail with high standards of excellence.

Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address concerns.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment.
