Pursuit Designer Role Overview:

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Pursuit Designer to join our team, responsible for creating visual strategies and design layouts for pursuit deliverables and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative visual elements, such as cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging methods, that align with a pursuit's theme and support client business issues.
  • Create layouts within the EY Visual Identity framework, incorporating typography, color, images, and fonts to ensure readability and logical graphic illustrations.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings, debriefs, and oral preparation meetings to contribute to pursuit strategy and execution.
  • Develop cohesive and integrated design options and approaches for anticipated materials, supporting the overall pursuit theme.
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to provide full-service Business Development coverage for strategic, high-end pursuits.
  • Demonstrate design creativity and coach Partner and Pursuit teams to drive pursuit design innovation.
  • Contribute to and help drive the development of account and opportunity messaging.
  • Serve as a key participant in pursuit strategy sessions.
  • Lead conceptualization of client-facing materials, focusing on strategic messaging.
