Skillful Web Development Leadership Role

This position is designed for experienced professionals with a strong background in web development who can effectively lead and guide a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of solid experience in web development and be capable of assigning tasks to team members based on their skill sets.

The successful applicant will possess excellent expertise in PHP and Open Source solutions, as well as a deep understanding of database design concepts, particularly MySQL. They will be self-motivated, a team player, and able to take on projects with confidence, delivering results successfully and developing a thorough understanding of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of web developers, providing guidance on web applications and assigning tasks accordingly.
  • Propose and implement complex development components.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of projects, preparing the team for capacity building.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of web development, particularly in PHP and Open Source solutions.
  • Strong database design skills, focusing on MySQL.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and deliver results successfully.
