As a Drop Shipping Team Lead, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of drop shipping, encompassing business development, management, and maintenance for various accounts. This role involves supervising and driving these processes to achieve company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
    • Identify products based on sales projections for each account, taking into consideration eligibility, availability, demand, sales volume, and profitability.
    • Maintain detailed records in Excel format with ASIN and 3rd party product code for reference.
    • Determine strategic sales targets.
    • Coordinate with suppliers regarding new product launches, seasonal products, forecasts, and demand planning, as well as dropshipping store changes.
  • Product Listing and Inventory Management
    • List product(s) on Amazon based on competitor analysis, price analysis, shipping time, inventory, buy box, and sales expectation.
    • Closely monitor listed products' prices throughout the shift to meet both sales goals and market price competition.
    • Communicate with suppliers regarding product samples and limited-time promotions.
    • Obtain sample products for quality controls on all listed product types.
    • Regularly monitor inventory levels to meet daily sales targets.
  • Order Processing and Customer Relations
    • Ensure timely order processing with a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs).
    • Work closely with the Human Resources (HR) team to ensure the appropriate number of VAs are recruited.
    • Develop target-based shift and schedule with the HR team for order processing VAs.
    • Supervise VAs to ensure all orders are properly processed and dispatched according to instructions from end customers.
    • Track orders with suppliers and update customers with tracking numbers.
    • Communicate with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries.
    • Dispatch orders from drop-shipping warehouses as needed.
  • Record Keeping and Analysis
    • Maintain a daily orders processing sheet and coordinate with the finance team.
    • Update and maintain periodic reports to be shared with the management team.
