
Full-Time Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals, negotiating and finalizing agreements, collaborating with other sales teams, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Officer or similar job role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends and pricing strategies
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales and goal-oriented performance
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
