About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Delivery Lead to serve as a strategic partner between product strategy and development teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Backlog Management: Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
  • User Story Development: Write clear and concise user stories, including acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has all necessary details.
  • Prioritization and Balance: Maintain a balance between technical debt, feature enhancements, and customer requests.
Collaboration with Development Team
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating high-level requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarification and Decision-Making: Clarify and resolve questions from the team during the development process and make real-time decisions about scope changes or trade-offs.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the backlog reflects the overall product vision and priorities.
  • Gathering Feedback: Gather input from stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer success teams, to inform backlog priorities.
  • Progress Updates: Communicate sprint progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Delivery and Iteration
  • Quality and Value: Ensure the team delivers high-quality, incremental value with each sprint.
  • Validation and Approval: Validate completed features against acceptance criteria and approve for release.
  • Post-Release Evaluation: Gather feedback post-release to identify areas for improvement and iteration.
Technical Understanding
  • Partnering with Developers: Partner with developers to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Feasibility and Value: Balance technical feasibility with business value during planning and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in Agile management platforms, and understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
