We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to fill the following roles:
- Sales Manager
- Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
- Customer Sales Executive (CSE) & Telesales Executive
- Internees: Fresh Graduates
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, technology, and relationship building, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and target potential customers in the IT/Telecom sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth
Requirements:
Experience Required:
- Sales Manager: 6-10 years in IT/Telecom sales
- ASM: 3-5 years in IT/Telecom sales
- CSE/Telesales Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and telecom services, including Internet Sales.
