We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Apparel Fastener Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective client engagement.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Proven sales, business development, and account management skills are essential for this position.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the textile or garment industry is required.
  • Performance Metrics: Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is necessary for efficient task management and data analysis.
