Job Overview

Audit Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing external audits, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage external audits, supervising audit staff and reviewing their work to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to stakeholders, while liaising with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Mentor and train junior auditors, assisting them in developing their technical and soft skills.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
  • Strong analytical and client management skills, proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
