Senior Financial Position

Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of departments including accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury.
  • Spearhead the financial aspects of subsidiaries and foreign operations, aiming for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee third-party vendors to guarantee exceptional services.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of financial transaction systems.
  • Drive operational excellence throughout the organization through the adoption of best practices.
  • Optimize employee benefits programs to ensure they provide excellent value while keeping costs under control.
  • Investigate acquisition opportunities, performing thorough due diligence before making recommendations.
  • Present financial results to the board of directors.
  • Proactively identify and manage significant risk factors impacting the organization.
  • Stay vigilant regarding open legal matters affecting the company and its industry.
  • Develop robust internal controls, secure essential insurance coverage, and verify compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Advise the audit committee on any emerging risk concerns.
  • Bulletin regular communication and feedback with external auditors to consider their findings and advice.
