We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives across e-commerce platforms and social media. This role is responsible for driving online sales, managing paid and organic social media campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and enhancing our brand presence across both our e-commerce site and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy
  • Develop E-commerce Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Product Optimization: Oversee product catalog, ensuring high-quality images, compelling product descriptions, and optimized listings to drive visibility and conversions.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the customer journey across the website to increase engagement, reduce cart abandonment, and improve customer retention.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Create and manage promotional campaigns, sales funnels, and seasonal offers to boost e-commerce revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on product pages, checkout processes, and promotions to improve site performance and user experience.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, drive traffic to the e-commerce site, and increase engagement on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation of compelling, shareable content (images, videos, blog posts) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals across social platforms.
  • Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram ads, to drive traffic to the e-commerce site and increase sales.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community to build brand loyalty and increase word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, sales) to assess the impact of social media efforts on e-commerce sales.
Cross-Platform Collaboration
  • Collaboration with Product and Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and product offerings across both e-commerce and social channels.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights from both e-commerce and social media performance to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
  • Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners to promote products, expand reach, and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with a focus on driving online sales and brand engagement.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Expertise in paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and track performance across multiple platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
  • Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
