Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain the best teachers in the school, providing ongoing support and empowerment.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning, respect, and collaboration among students, staff, and parents.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with the community, promoting awareness about education for all children and encouraging enrollment in schools.
2. Maintain required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
3. Conduct outreach for teachers, maintaining an updated CV bank.
4. Coordinate with HR teams on staffing, performance management, and related HR matters.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date school accounts.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of the school building and premises.
7. Manage utility services efficiently.
8. Implement policies and ensure school activities comply with them.
