Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Records Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  2. Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments.
  3. Review AR aging reports and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
