Quantity and Cost Engineer Role

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.
  • Monitor project budgets and track financial progress to evaluate material quantities as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in cost-related activities.

Applicants should have gained experience in a consultancy environment, building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications or related discipline (e.g., B.Sc in Civil Engineering).
  • At least 07 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation (hydropower experience beneficial).
  • Proficiency in project management and cost-control software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
