BIM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Implementation Specialist to assist with the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across various projects at ARCHI-TEX.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM, excellent technical skills, and experience working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate BIM workflows across projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Assist in project coordination and document management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BIM Implementation Specialist or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Experience in architectural planning and interior design.
• Knowledge of BIM methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Revit or BIM-related software are a plus.
