The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Science or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct the medical department to meet stringent performance standards.
- Maintain exceptional levels of internal customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hospitals, vendors, and pharmacies on operational issues related to the medical facility.
- Develop and manage the budget for the medical department and oversee inventory control.
- Analyze the medical facility's performance and report findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Science or a related field.
- No less than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Hospital Administration is preferred.
