Job Title: Financial Process SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. As a financial process specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial processes and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
  2. Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
  3. Invoice and Payment Processing: Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  4. Tax Compliance: Provide support for tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  5. Petty Cash Management: Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
  6. Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  7. Audit Support: Support the audit process, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel/ Google Sheets), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
