Technical Project Lead and Mobile App Developer

This role requires a highly skilled technical project lead to oversee the development of mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project scoping, software development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Perform project scoping, feasibility study, requirement gathering, planning, system analysis & design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality & people management.
  2. Software Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security and ease of maintenance.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the technical team to perform software development, implementation and support.
  4. Product Development: Work with a team of developers to improve our product's digital experience and responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our product.
  5. Mobile App Development: Designing, programming, debugging and testing Android/iOS apps.
  6. Web Services Experience: Experience on Web Services (REST/SOAP/Restful JSON).
  7. New Feature Implementation: Implement new product features according to specification and requirement.
  8. Code Quality: Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using software development practices.
  9. Issue Resolution: Periodically perform code reviews, diagnosing issues and performing bug fixes.

Requirements:

  1. Degree: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years working experience on Mobile Application Development and 3 years hands-on IT project management experience.
