Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an accomplished leader to spearhead our marketing efforts and propel our brand's growth across multiple platforms. As the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
    1. Create and deploy comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and growth targets.
    2. Direct the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring the strategies are imaginative, quantifiable, and impactful.
    3. Spearhead all aspects of brand management, encompassing positioning, messaging, and creative execution.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    1. Mentor, motivate, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
    2. Set clear objectives for the marketing team, providing guidance and resources to ensure successful execution.
    3. Attract, train, and retain top marketing talent, ensuring the department is adequately equipped to meet business demands.
  • Digital Marketing & Growth:
    1. Oversight of digital marketing endeavors, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
    2. Utilization of data analytics and metrics to track performance and continually optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
    3. Promote customer acquisition and retention strategies through digital channels and technologies.
  • Brand Development and Awareness:
    1. Strategic direction and consistency of brand across all marketing and communication channels.
    2. Leading efforts to boost brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
    3. Ensure that all marketing communications align with the brand's identity, tone, and mission.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    1. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, trends, and customer insights driving strategic marketing decisions.
    2. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust and enhance marketing strategies accordingly.
    3. Offer data-driven recommendations to senior management based on market insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Close collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
    2. Partnership with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute large-scale marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of marketing campaigns and activities.
    2. Periodic reporting on marketing performance, including insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    3. Utilization of analytics to assess campaign efficacy and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
  • Public Relations and External Communications:
    1. Supervision of media relations and press releases, ensuring a positive public image of the company.
    2. Development and maintenance of relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners.
