Job Title: Retail Channel Development Manager

Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing the retail channel in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our products are available and accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of retailers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Provide training and support to retailers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners and distributors.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual who has a proven track record of success in sales management and channel development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management or channel development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
