Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms.
    • Expertise in firewall technologies and VPN solutions.
    • Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex network and system problems.
    • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client systems simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide effective IT solutions and support.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Fluent English communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator.
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms.
  • Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments.
  • Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
