Job Description

Spearhead product innovation by leading customer-centric development, inspiring solutions, and shaping the future with your strategic vision and influence.

As a key leader in our organization, you will collaborate with regional teams to support cutting-edge development. Your role involves providing expert guidance and empowering clients to implement innovative solutions and create business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align priorities with senior leadership, establishing effective communication and workflows to regularly update them on progress.

  • Provide technical expertise to empower regional clients to design and implement innovative solutions.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Develop best practices for solution architecture and integration, including performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.

  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of innovation.

  • Develop prototypes and demos for rolling out education and training across regions.

  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to technical papers on innovative implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with experience in developing or using multi-agent architectures, hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered solutions, and experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and microservices design, implementation, and performance optimization.

  • Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical methods.

  • Experience in financial or banking domain.
