Destination Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join Euro Africa Travel in Lahore. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our clients, ensuring their travel plans are seamlessly executed.

1. Travel Arrangements: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
2. Destination Information: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and travel regulations, ensuring accurate and relevant advice is provided to clients.
3. Business Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to negotiate the best rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.
4. Client Relations: Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless handover of client files during rotation periods.
6. Sales Development: Assist in generating sales leads and actively promote additional travel services to clients.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant in a travel agency.
2. Airline Industry: Excellent knowledge of the airlines and aviation industry, including understanding of flight schedules, fares, and ticketing procedures.
3. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and travel partners.
