We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Foreign Education Consultant to guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counseling Students: Advise students and parents on academic pathways, course selection, and universities based on their profiles, interests, and goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars to provide detailed information on studying abroad.
  • Application Assistance: Assist students with university applications, documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and letters of recommendation (LORs).
  • Track application deadlines and manage application submissions.
  • Visa Guidance: Provide up-to-date information on student visa processes for various countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
  • Help students prepare visa applications, mock interviews, and documentation.
  • Test Preparation Support: Guide students regarding standardized tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT) and recommend appropriate resources or coaching if necessary.
  • Market Research & University Liaison: Stay informed on global education trends, university updates, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and international education bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in foreign education consulting or international admissions (freshers with training may be considered)
  • Knowledge of education systems and visa procedures of major study destinations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
