Quality Management is key to our success. As a Market Quality Operations professional, you will be responsible for supporting quality initiatives that drive business growth. Your daily tasks will involve implementing, executing, improving, and providing quality support to various teams within the organization.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the deployment of IC Quality strategy, governance, and goals through Pakistan-specific projects and targets
  • Collaborating with quality partner teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and changes at manufacturing sites and warehouses
  • Liaising with Consumer/Customer care lines for feedback and coordinating closure
  • Overseeing local marketplace product quality incident management and consequent actions
  • Coordinating Good Cold Chain Practices (GCCP) across all IC cold chain (primary and secondary), including quality audits and temperature governance
  • Ensuring quality checks at primary, secondary, and market place/IC cabinets, and developing reporting and escalation mechanisms
  • Driving development of Q improvement activities based on monitoring and manipulation of marketplace data from multiple channels
  • Supporting improvement projects related to import/export, innovation quality, customer quality, and logistics quality; managing inter-company quality agreements (ICQA)
  • Contributing to the digital agenda of the Pakistan Quality team, including execution and deployment of Quality One and in-house digital capabilities
  • Assisting in supplier quality program, audits, and improvement projects; supplier non-conformance closures, and reduction of material rejections in partnership with procurement
