Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified finance expert to manage our financial operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in finance and accounting, and a deep understanding of business principles and practices.

  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Contract external services as necessary for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs.
  • Accounting & Purchase Functions:
    • Oversee complete finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial control.
    • Ensure compliance with private limited company regulations and internal audits.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Manage tax compliance for withholding, income, and sales tax.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior executives, providing insightful information and expectations for long-term and short-term decision making.
    • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a finance role with an IT company/Software house.
  • Strong grip with QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Leadership skills and experience along with employee management.
  • Understanding of data privacy standards.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Very sharp in Excel, data processing, and business intelligence.
