Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Staff Management: Coordinate with security personnel to ensure smooth operations and manage staff-related issues.
  • Fire Risk Management: Monitor fire hazards, conduct regular inspections, and maintain safety systems to prevent accidents.
  • Gate Operations: Manage inward and outward movements of raw materials, machinery, and company assets.
  • Vehicles Management: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and drivers' administration.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized work environment around the factory.
  • Policies Formulation: Develop and regulate organizational policies to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Shared Resources: Manage shared resources such as meeting rooms and kitchens.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with the maintenance department for construction and electrical/mechanical issues.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with government departments for services and support.
  • Rejection/Wastage Management: Implement measures to minimize rejection and wastage.
  • Asset Management: Oversee company assets including furniture, vehicles, telephones, and air conditioners.
  • Guest Handling: Address guest-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Labour Welfare: Handle labour welfare matters, including milk, tea, and uniform distribution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Support Skills: Ability to provide exceptional support to the Admin Manager and other team members.
  • Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
