Gala Labs LTD is a pioneering Web3 entertainment company that enables creators and fans to shape the future of entertainment. We are expanding our global presence by establishing a new office in Pakistan.

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with office management expertise to lead the setup and daily operations of our new office. This individual will be responsible for managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and overseeing office logistics.

This role demands a highly skilled and proactive professional who can establish a workplace culture that embodies our company's values and promotes growth. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team that drives innovation and excellence in the Web3 sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Oversee office logistics, including procurement of office supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a safe, productive, and collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any office-related matters and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Organise office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management and HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle office operations and HR functions concurrently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations.
  • Proficiency in office management tools, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and make independent decisions.
