Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to develop tailored solutions that align with their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Directly interact with potential clients to comprehend their business challenges and requirements. Assist in crafting and presenting customized solutions that align with their needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to create solutions that meet client requirements. Ensure the solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and align with our capabilities.
- Sales Support: Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities and support the sales process. This involves preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science (Preferred), Engineering, or Business.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software solutions and technology architectures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrations and Proposals: Experience with delivering technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
