We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan.
About the RoleThis role involves communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and assisting with training activities. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, experience in telesales or direct sales roles, and be able to establish rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Contact potential customers via phone or other communication channels to promote HVAC solutions such as installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Actively engage with prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer support, answer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new representatives and help improve team performance.
- Qualify and generate leads, schedule appointments, and pass valuable prospects to the sales or service team.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent outreach and upselling of services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telesales or direct sales roles, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Able to mentor and train new team members on effective sales techniques and customer service.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a plus.
