Business Development Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Associate.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and maintain exceptional customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Order Management: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
  2. Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  4. Data Administration: Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with different departments, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders.
  6. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.
  7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Travel may be required to visit client premises within the assigned territory. This is a full-time position.
