Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

We're seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and static posts for multiple clients. This role involves designing visual content that aligns with client branding and objectives, as well as developing motion graphics that enhance storytelling on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static posts for social media, websites, and apps.
  • Create engaging animated videos to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Develop motion graphics that enhance visual storytelling.
  • Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics.
  • Assist in designing logos and brand identities.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and animation software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand vision and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design and animation tasks, prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Certifications in graphic design or motion graphics (preferred).
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience with international clients, delivering high-quality projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and industry-standard design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for motion graphics and video editing.
  • Strong design, storytelling, and branding skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to client needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility for minor revisions or client meetings as needed.
