Job Title: Web Presence Manager


We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to oversee the management and growth of our WordPress/WooCommerce channels. Our direct-to-consumer websites play a key role in our expansion strategy, and we need someone with expertise in website operations, design, user experience, and SEO.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day website operations and ensure seamless performance.
  • Oversee website design and user experience, implementing new themes and customizing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities to boost sales.
  • Plan and implement A/B tests on product pages, checkout processes, and promotional offers to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce websites.
  • Proven track record of increasing website traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
  • Expert-level proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce, including theme customization, plugin management, and backend administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools.
