Head of Educational Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educational leader to join our team as a Principal.

The successful candidate will provide professional leadership and management for a school to achieve high standards in all areas of the school's work. This includes shaping the future, leading learning & teaching, developing self and working with others, and managing the organisation.

• Strategic Planning
  • Develop a shared vision and strategic plan for the school with the school community.
  • Inspire, challenge, motivate and empower others to carry the vision forward.
  • Ensure that values are taught to students through assemblies.
• Talent Management
  • Monitor pupils' achievement using data and appropriate benchmarks.
  • Establish creative and effective approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Implement strategies to secure high standards of behaviour and attendance.
• Culture Building
  • Treat people fairly and equally, creating a positive school culture.
  • Build a culture of learning together within the school.
  • Arrange regular meetings of the teaching, administrative and support staff.
• Financial Management
  • Manage the school's finances effectively and efficiently.
  • Keep good financial records and send financial data to relevant authorities on time.
  • Maintain an inventory register of all school assets.
