Senior PPC Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition through data-driven paid marketing. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can own and execute our paid lead generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and perform rigorous testing to drive high-quality leads and sales.
  • Analyze performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Report on campaign performance and provide data-backed insights to inform business decisions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce businesses.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
